JSC NTF NOVINTEKH was established in Korolev in 1993 by specialists experienced in military industry. The company personnel have developed and manufactured Fluid level gauge STRUNA, STRUNA-M and in 2004 — STRUNA Measuring System with expanded functionality, aimed at users in petroleum and liquefied gas processing, chemical and food industries.
	This equipment holds much favor thanks to its convenience in operation, low cost and high enough reliability. As for now, our equipment is installed in thousands of petroleum- and gas-filling stations in Russia, Byelorussia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Lithuania and Moldova. In 2005 we started to install STRUNA systems in petroleum storage depots. Our customers are hundreds of enterprises, both big and small, among them are many subdivisions of Lukoil, Tatneft, Yukos, Sibneft, Rosneft, TNK-BP, Russneft, Slavneft, Gazprom, Rosrezerv, Surgutneftegaz as well as regional entities in charge of petroleum supply, certifying and metrology.
NTF NOVINTEKH holds well-developed dealer network, covering Minsk, Brest, Kiev, Aktobe, Almaty, Kaliningrad, Surgut, Khabarovsk, Samara, Yekaterinburg, Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, Novosibirsk, Cherepovets, Irkutsk, Nizhni Novgorod, Chisinau, Magnitogorsk, Ufa, Ryazan, Volgodonsk, Ulyanovsk, Tula, Perm, Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Yaroslavl, and many other cities.
	NTF-NOVINTEKH pays much attention to business development according to growing sales figures. The enterprise has developed its own production capacities consisting of several workshops: mechanical, welding, fitting work, electrical, regulation department, several assembly workshops, facilities for running time testing. Most of the job is done without subcontracting in well-developed technological cycle. Our enterprise has created and certified unique metrological facilities for grading and verification of manufactured sensors. We own large stock of testing and development equipment, and temperature-cycle test facility
The enterprise adopted and certified quality management system according to GOST-R-ISO-9001-2001. All units of the STRUNA Measuring System undergo quality control and running time tests in specialized facilities. Thanks to constant quality control we achieved high reliability of STRUNA System..            Our products were among the winners of “100 Best Russian Products” in 2001 and 2005! In 2005 STRUNA Measuring System has been awarded “New Product of the Year” diploma.            But we think that our main treasure is our staff, consisting of skilled specialists and being able to solve difficult technological problems over a long period of time.
